The California Department of Education, After School Division, is providing a grant orientation webinar entitled “Know Your Grant Requirements!” for the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) Elementary/ Middle and Junior High Program, the 21st Century High School After School Safety and Enrichment for Teens (ASSETs) Program, and the After School Education and Safety (ASES)Program.
This webinar is intended for new grantees, new after school staff, and others who would like to review grant requirements.
Webinar Date: Thursday, August 23, 2012, 9:30 – 12:00 noon
Pre-Registration is required. You will not be able to register on the day of the webinar. Register now.

Creating a health-promoting park system requires greater expertise and resources than any park agency can provide alone. What’s needed are partnerships with other public agencies, as well as with private foundations, corporations, citizens’ groups, and volunteers.
Partnerships can be immensely powerful by leveraging the strengths of one partner with those of another—financial capacity with legal authority, for instance, or communication outreach capability with large numbers of participants. Read more >>
